How to differentiate the warning lights?

Medium intensity warning signal- these lights are used if the height of the object or structure passing above the surrounding level surpasses 45 meters.

Light intensity warning signal- these lights are used if the object with height above a surrounding grounds is lower than 45 meters.

The three types of obstruction marker lights that are used in conjunction with each other.
